Amy Polinsky was birthed 16 January 1980 in Grove City (PA). She grew up on a family farm surrounded by wheat and corn. Amy was a part of her early years helping her parents with their business. She has two siblings. She went to Career Connections Charter High School. From the beginning, she has been drawn to athletics and other physical activities.
